Thank you everyone for the continuous support throughout the months that I have been doing this. Due to various reasons, I have made a difficult decision to greatly reduce the number of items on the menu. As the menu grew larger, it became harder and harder to manage production. Therefore, the less popular items will all be removed and only a handful of the most popular items will be available regularly. I will continue to create new products that will only be on the menu for a limited time moving forward. This will take effect starting March 1st, but all existing orders will not be affected. Thank you for your understanding and again for all your support!

The Lychee Mousse Cake is the second mousse cake following the Passion Fruit Mousse Cake introduced earlier. The Lychee cake has a light, refreshing, and creamy taste and looks great with the red mirror glaze finish! The cake was supposed to be available earlier in the month but due to the high volumes of order for Chinese New Year it is better late than never!

One of my favorite snacks when I visit Japan. These Japanese Cheese Tartlets are made from a sweet pâté sucrée dough and filled with a cream cheese filling made from 36% MF Avalon cream. These tartlets can be enjoyed both cold, room temperature, or warm! Just heat them up in your ovens, or microwave them for around 10-15 seconds!
